Notes

  • Exterior Paint Change requires submittal of paint color chips.
  • Wooden Fence requires submittal of dimensions of fence.
  • Major landscape changes requires submittal of complete landscape plans drawn to scale, showing North arrow, and includes botanical names, sizes, and quantities of all plants.
  • Storage Building requires complete plans drawn to scale.
  • Hardscape change required to complete plans drawn to scale, including materials.
  • Home Addition requires complete plans drawn to scale.
