Marlene A. Hinson, CMCA, AMS
Owner/Manager

Marlene HinsonMarlene Hinson has ten years of managing experience that includes large scale master planned communities, gated communities, lake communities, and condominiums.  She has managed associations in Stockton, Manteca, Modesto, Lodi, Ione, Elk Grove, Yuba City, and Citrus Heights.

After growing up in Santa Clara , marrying and settling in Campbell, Marlene set out to raise her three boys—Scott, Matt, and Ross.  In 1995, Marlene and her young family moved to Stockton.  While being a full time mom, she was actively involved with Cub Scouts as a Den Mother, Weston Ranch Little League, and President of the August Knodt Elementary School Parent Teacher Club. 

After her children had grown enough to allow her to reenter the working world, she worked in the City Manager’s  Office for the City of Stockton. It was while working there, she met her husband John. Marlene stayed with the City of Stockton for two years before moving on to HOA management. 

In addition to the above, Marlene has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the National board of Certifications for Community Association Managers and is certified as an Association Manager Specialist (AMS) by the Community Association Institute (CAI).  She is a manager member of California Association of Community Managers.

Marlene currently lives in Stockton with her husband of nine years.

Jacqui Vigil

Marvelous Business Solutions specializes in working with community management companies to assist in the processing of all accounting functions, cash reconciliations, and preparation to financial reports.  We team up with professional management companies to provide the highest quality accounting expertise and strong internal controls for community financial management.

Jacqui Vigil is the Managing Partner for Marvelous Business Solutions.  She has 17 years experience in the community association industry and has earned professional management designations (CMCA, CAAM).  Prior to starting her own firm, she was the regional controller for the western region of a large management company.  Jacqui has taught industry financial management and budgeting courses for private and municipal training programs and she teaches small business management classes at the community college.  She holds her master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and specialized in accounting and finance in her undergraduate studies.
